BEFORE ARRIVAL

Reservations & Requirements

What to know before your reservation is confirmed and before your dog arrives for care.

Do I need a reservation?

Yes. Every stay requires a confirmed reservation. Check-in and check-out must take place on the days and times agreed during booking.

Which vaccinations are required?

Dogs must be current on Distemper, Parvovirus, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccinations. Documentation is required for every reservation.

When should vaccination records be provided?

Please provide current records when the reservation is made so the required vaccinations can be verified before arrival.

When should my dog stay home?

Please keep your dog home if they have coughing, sneezing, persistent nasal discharge, lethargy, Giardia, fleas, or ticks. Contact us if you are unsure whether a symptom may affect the stay.

Do you accept dogs with behavior concerns?

Dogs must be safely manageable around staff. Tell us about any history of reactivity, guarding, fear, or aggression before booking so we can determine whether a safe care plan is possible.

Can females in heat stay?

Yes. Females in heat are welcome, but they are excluded from group play and a $5 additional cleaning fee applies.

How are dogs placed into groups?

Group placement is based on size, age, personality, energy level, and social preferences. Dogs are observed and may be moved to a quieter or individual routine when needed.

What if my dog does not enjoy group play?

Solo playtime and one-on-one staff attention are available. We can also discuss additional walks, quiet enrichment, and other individual care options.

DURING THE STAY

Care, Comfort & Daily Routines

Answers about meals, medication, comfort, supervision, and individualized care during the stay.

Can I bring my dog's own food?

Yes. Food should be clearly labeled with your dog's name and complete feeding instructions. Special food options are also available for an additional charge.

Can you give medication or supplements?

Yes. Medication and supplements must be clearly labeled and include complete written instructions. A $5 medication or supplement fee applies.

What should I bring for the stay?

Bring current vaccination records, feeding instructions, any approved food, clearly labeled medication or supplements, emergency contact information, and notes about routines, behavior, or comfort needs.

What items should stay at home?

Please do not bring bones, pig ears, bully sticks, or similar hard and long-lasting chew items because they can create serious choking hazards. Ask before bringing bedding, toys, or other comfort items.

Are photo updates available?

Yes. Photo updates can be provided during your dog's stay.

Do you provide care for senior dogs?

Yes. Senior care is available for dogs age nine and older, with more rest, observation, softer bedding, special food options, and a calmer routine based on individual needs.

How do you care for shy, small, or sensitive dogs?

Dogs who are shy, very small, sensitive, or uncomfortable in groups can receive quieter routines, solo playtime, one-on-one attention, and additional comfort support.

Is the facility climate-controlled and monitored?

Yes. The boarding areas are equipped with air conditioning and heating, and the facility is under 24/7 video surveillance. An on-call veterinarian is also available.

How do you keep the facility clean?

Strict sanitation guidelines are followed to provide a clean and healthy environment. The outdoor area includes antimicrobial K9 grass.
