Before Your Dog's First Stay
Reservations are required for every stay. Before care begins, all agreements must be reviewed and signed, emergency contact information must be recorded, and current vaccination documentation must be provided.

Please keep your dog home if they have coughing, sneezing, persistent nasal discharge, lethargy, Giardia, fleas, or ticks.
Safe Placement
Dogs are grouped according to size, age, and personality. Individual care is available when group play is not the right fit.

What to Leave at Home
Certain chew items are not accepted because they can create serious choking hazards.
- Bones
- Pig ears
- Bully sticks
- Similar hard or long-lasting chew items
- Any item that has not been approved for the stay
Please ask before bringing bedding, toys, or other comfort items so we can confirm they are appropriate for your dog's care plan.
